When will my order ship?
Living pieces ship Monday to Wednesday so they never sit in a depot over a weekend. Most orders leave the studio within 3–5 working days.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the contiguous United States. During extreme heat or frost we may hold your order for a few days and will always let you know first.
How is it packaged?
Each piece is hydrated, wrapped in paper, and cushioned in recyclable, plastic-free packaging with insulation in colder months.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Our arrive-alive guarantee covers you. Email a photo within 3 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I return a plant?
Because our pieces are living and hand-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If something isn’t right, write to us — we always want to help.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes — Albany-area customers can arrange a studio pickup. Mention it in your order notes or email us after checkout.
